Conan Exiles is the closest one I know, but it's not an H-game, rather an enslavement/open world survival game.
Store the meat in the bonfire, click on the bonfire to make sure it's selected and open the crafting menu. There you can then click on the "cooked meat" buttons to craft it.

Throw a zero byte file called none.bat into \Mad Island\Mad Island_Data\StreamingAssets\XML and it will be de-censored.
Creating a zero byte file (in Windows):
Have file extensions visible; if you don't know how to do that, Google it
Right click and select New>>Text File
Creates a New Text File.txt
Change name to none.bat
Say Yes to the file extension warning

For anyone who wants to update to v0.22.
**IMPORTANT: If you are using the DLC, you will need to follow these steps before deleting your old version:
- Download v0.22
- In your old version's folder, navigate to Mad Island > Mad Island Data > Streaming Assets > XML. This contains your save data.
- Copy everything in that folder and paste it into the v0.22 version of that folder (MadIslandv0.22 > Mad Island Data > Streaming Assets > XML). Overwrite everything when asked.
- Delete the old version's folder**
- Run the game from your v0.22 folder

just press any npcs then press move > location
A hole inside a wall. If u put female npc inside, it only shows her ass out and it can only be used (sex) by male mc
it has plant ver, wooden ver and stone ver currently. You can craft them from plant workbench and wood workbench
