What the... tf is that game?
It is an "open world survival craft" similar to games like "Don't Starve" and "Ark: Survival Evolved". But lewd and guro.
You can avoid guro elements, to a degree. Or you can become much worse than the wild natives of the island. The choice is yours.

Not sure why you would need cheats to begin with... capture natives on the map and asign them roles like gathering food or build resource camps... within an hour you have enough resources to completly concetrate on Leveling MC enough to kill the native Boss and start a new base anywhere on the island you like... another 2 hours later you likely summon waves of much stronger enemies to build an OP Harem of natives serviing your every need and resource

NGL, the first time I tried this game I felt disgusted with myself for a week.

Not the case with me, but there are plenty of people that prefer to play games like this (Valheim, Conan Exiles, Ark, etc) in the "creative" mode, where you are given all resources, immortality, flying, no need for food, etc. It could be it's because it's less stressful, it could be they just want to quickly get to the juice, get their dose of crafting/managing/dungeoning and get out to go back play their live service poison grind.

Any way to delay the first raids? I'm never ready by the first night.
Honestly all you need for the first few raids is a spear... and in order to build one you just need to gather some resources around the starting point... don't explore to far and you should easily be able to build it long before the sun sets... let alone a raid occurs

Also how do you capture and assign them?

EDIT: Also cheat engine doesn't seem to work for health. The second scan always yields nothing after taking dmg.
