Okay, that was more painful than I had thought. Disclaimer: I only listed things that can be tamed/recruited in game without cheating to get them. I have it listed in this style Name: Base HP (hp gain per point), Base ATK (atk gain per point), base SPD, Backpack slots, party cost. I didn't list SPD gain as it is uniform across every except Ent Queen, it is .01 per 2 points. The normal natives that are recruited at higher levels are stronger than low level ones as they alternate hp and atk gains but don't have points in that stat. Example: A level 51 Native will have stats equal to 25 points in both HP and ATK but won't have any points in them meaning it's only 1 stat point to boost it more. Raid enemies have used stat points already so they are effectively double boosted. Here is my list:
Man/Yona: 30 HP(+5), 1 ATK(+1), 1.5 SPD, 10 BP
Native Man: 30 HP(+4), 1 ATK(+2), 1 SPD, 10 BP, 3 cost
Native Female: 30 HP(+5), 1 ATK(+1), 1 SPD, 10 BP , 3 cost
Large Male: 80 HP(+20), 5 ATK(+3), .8 SPD, 15 BP, 4 cost
Large Female: 250 HP(+25), 40 ATK(+5), 1 SPD, 18 BP, 4 cost
Small Male: 20 HP(+3), 1 ATK(+1), .9 SPD, 5 BP, 4 cost

Pretty sure the lobster is /npc 152 1 and the Tiger is /npc 78 1

Is there any interactions available for Little/ Nickie? Cant even seem to build relation with them. Also, do they not sleep? Her morale goes down though

You can use Love Potions on her, but no there is nothing to it... not sure if the Dev actually intends to add something either as her entire Character is more or less an easter egg.

As you can see from my npc writeup, Little has some of the best growths among the named characters. She can be really strong if you use her a lot. Pretty sure she is just a bonus cameo and won’t have any scenes.

She's part of the DLC, devs might update her when they focus specifically on updating DLC content(a looong ways away). There's animations for another character from a prior game they made just sitting in the gallery and I swear I saw an image of the black market girl in the game somewhere, all could be potential future content.

they already said shes just a easter game without any special interaction in this game, since she already have Little life the game which has her's

This seems like a fun game to pour time into, but unfortunately I also got the bug where my character would just keep moving up and to the left, as if I was constantly pressing W and A. This persisted through multiple restarts of my computer, unplugging my vr headset AND keyboard, closing any software that could potentially cause inputs etc.

I saw one other person have the same issue here with no resolution and one other person on the discord server, no replies.

Unlucky.
