In their status screen, there is a red button labeled banish. Banished NPCs will dissappear after some time has passed. Since they aren't your allies anymore, you can attack and kill them like any other hostile. Alternatively, there are several execution structures such as nooses you can build that most NPCs can use.

If I recall correctly, you can reclaim a banished NPC by knocking them out and taming them again.
Uuhm i'm not familiar, but am always curious about such drama.
on a side note is there a good way to level up? This feels like almost as bad a grind as runescape lol.

Combat dismemberment is pretty much unavoidable.
Crafting equipment and food out of people is avoidable, and you wouldn't lose much. The only thing you'll be missing is the horn of raid summoning. But you can just cheat it in, if you want to.
Still, the very idea of crafting things out of people, and its realization too, certainly deserve the "mad" part of "mad island".
Yes, the programming part. Like many similar games, this game has scaling issues. So adding "pregnant" version of all the sex scenes Yona has would be a lot of work.
