Managed to fix this by opening Device Manager -> Human Interface Devices -> disabling two "HID-compliant game controller"s. Both were there because of VJoy Virtual Joystick.

You've had several good answers already, but just to clarify: if you have everything set up right, you only need to plant stuff *once* then your natives will take care of it from then on.
It's actually on the right (Eastern coast).
Honestly, you don't even need to lower your morale. If you just want to rape Yona, let her get knocked down by raiders OR (the quicker way) use the /yonadown command. Once she's down, just use the R key on her.

While true with the command part, I'm not sure it "should be recommended" honestly. (It is cheating, after all)
Of course, not really much to mind overall in this situation, but doing it once may lead to curiosity ruining the game by ending up cheating - unless of course one doesn't care much about gameplay anyway.

For those that have played after v0.2.7, worth a new playthrough already, or should I rather wait a little tad longer?
Had a break for a while after all, so the next time I play with definitely be another playthrough again, just wondering if (from whats known) it would be worth more potentially being a bit more patient.

As soon as the new update comes out with YonaXNami, with the HFramework mod you should be able to get Nami properly pregnant from Yona (with just a single line changed in a text editor). I already tested it with native girls.
Yona doesn't have a mechanic to delive baby yet.

Fair enough. That said for those who don't want to cheat, just let Yona get knocked down by the raiders, like I mentioned in the first part of that sentence. Either way you choose to go, though, you don't need to drop your morale, that was my main point

If you split into "early", "mid" and "late", considering the current month has 30 days, so 30/3 = 10, 20th would (in my opinion) still count as mid april. 21st however I'd count as late april.
Not to mention it's still the 15th - and delays can always occur. So patience!

Sleep in a bed until it comes back up. Do not use the skip time options.
