When I tried testing this in version .27, they don't seem to sleep in beds at night unless they are in a house.

I tried doing what you did, placing a house nearby. And then placing a bed outside they just head into the house and stand inside.

So I am not able to replicate what you did in the video. Maybe that is only something in version .31 and up?

Edit: I suspect it might be because you glitched the NPC that already had the sleep script activated. Where you grabbed her when she was already sleeping. Cause placing beds next to a female native when she wasn't already sleeping just makes her stand around. I had one native female head to a bed and sleep outside of a house when I put her in a cave with just a bed, but that was because she was already sleeping when I took her out of my inventory. When I took other npcs that weren't already asleep into the cave and put beds next to them they didn't go to sleep.

Can followers interact with each other? Like form relationships with them? Or is it strictly just the protagonists who can do things with them?

Everyone from natives to animals can form relationships. Native women can even have sex and reproduce to help you get more people to help around your camp. Just make sure they don't have conflicting personalities, or else a fight or sexual assault might break out.
Their personality, likes, and dislikes can be checked in the status screen, so it's best to assemble allies who at least won't hate each other. As long as they don't dislike each other's personalities, they will get along.
One thing I noticed is that animals also have personality preferences, but these do not display. You kind of just gotta do some testing and see what they like and dislike.
From my experience, relationships only for between individuals with overlapping territory, but don't quote me on that.

Is this the full game or a separate update? If it's the game, if I've been playing with the version in the main page for some time now and would like to continue using the same save, how would I do it?

Most games, unless in the early stages of development where the save system is being affected, will just let you carry over saves between versions by copying over the file containing the save data. In this game, the save appears to be in Streaming Assets, but I'm unsure of this, I see an XML called SaveData01 and I assume that's my save.

Game updates are always the full game, it's just a new version of the game that will have more changes to it depending on what was done in the update. It's patches and DLC that come separate, we are definitely not in the stage of getting DLC yet with the base game still in development.

Yeah it was actually pretty simple, installed the new version and copy-pasted the save and dlc files. Working perfectly now, thank you.

How did this bizarre thread reach nearly 700 pages bro !?
The game's complicated interface and equally complicated storyline (worthy of a visual novel, but you also have to play an open world survival craft game to get to it) motivates people to ask many questions. Things got a little better when controls became viewable from inside the game. And a few guides, such as mine and John8r9's, hopefully help too.

There is a DLC for this game, but we aren't allowed to share it here. It is made of things not acceptable to Western audiences, unlike cannibalism.
For now, if you have the DLC, it can be moved just like with save files.

Just FYI - the modders have made great strides with the frameworks, now it is possible to add new animations.

Quickest and easiest is to use existing animations. Use Asset Ripper to get the animation image (example: man01_rape_gengir01.png) and edit it.
For example, if you want Yona to rape, get the one of the man rape images and edit it to replace/redraw all man body parts with Yona body parts. Then the modders can quickly put it into the game.

Other method is using Spine to create completely new animation, but that will probably require completely new animation atlas/image.

In other words, 2D artists needed!
