There isn't yet, but there is some male on male content in the excel list of planned H content for the game. Both consensual and forced - but I don't think that's a guarantee that the content will be integrated.

These are my favorite locations for personal reasons. They're high up, difficult to access and mostly barren of trees, bushes or grass. You can reinforce stone walls with steel and create a narrow bottleneck entrance guarded by one or more high-level, tamed NPC that is set on guard duty. In the end, I ended up creating colonies on all three locations. You can also craft items that reduce raids.
Alright think I'll buy it was nice enough. Where am I supposed to go to get mods though? Steam workshop looks to of been taken down, loverslab has nothing that I can find, didnt check nexus but doubt they have anything. I did find the "dlc" but what about community mods?
Edit: Seems you cannot view the steam workshop unless you own the game as a heads up for anyone new. Didn't see much interesting in the workshop but hope that changes as the game progresses.

The workshop is still there you just gotta hit one of the side options so things load.
There are so many scenes in the game. There are 61 of them in total, for yona 11(1 scenes is yona dominatie) and 24 for the male hero(2 scene where he's already being raped ) in total 36 scenes for heroes, the 25 rest are already for other NPCs or interaction in the camp (with items).
Despite the huge number of NPCs, the characters do not interact with even half of the characters in the game.

can fix for game to run in widowed mode 1080p when it starts... I can't do that in game and it cuts half of shit off my game at my resolution

is there a way for the 2 playable characters to bang each other? maybe even get the main girl pregnant?
Honestly I'm still stunned they included that side of the DLC at all since it's in none of their previous games, and that they're planning to add more with 'big/underground'
As long as some time in the future we get a DLC x Native Woman or even just being able to jam them into the hole walls, I'll give the game its deserved 100% rating

If I want to get 1 000 000 lvl native, how do I do that? I believe that pausing and grappling is the best way, but on 40 grapple level it'll take a whole day to remove faint bar. Should I level up myself first? Or it'll be better to use lizards, natives with stun arrows idk

Technically yes... practicable... close to impossible.
Man can rape downed Yona but chances of impregnation are close to none existant... plus she won't grow a belly so just some flavor I gues
Reika can equip a chaos heart staff and deals the highest faint damage... but when paused this doesn't apply... and not like you have any chance of droping such a char without pause

Do we have any news about the next story content or how close we're till the story end? My last game update was 0.31 and imo there aren't really much left for the story. Would love to be proven wrong though.
Also another question, months ago there was some discussion about how we wish to/might get the possibility to save the girl(s) from the native boss, any news on this one?
