I don't know what you're trying to find, but the Santa event is as simple as that.
The only way is to have a backup save. I don't think there is a way to restart that quest.

I tamed the NPC Max Libido, Fed Well and Hydrated, and had the Sex Option before.

Is there any reason why I lost it? If so How do I retrieve it back

Uncertain - if it's just for viewing and not with dialog and all, then you can just hit SHIFT+P in main menu.
Aside of that, you probably have to re-do the quest part, either via command or save editing.

Shouldn't be an issue - you need to have them like you at like 51 or 75 or something, don't remember the exact number

If the option has disappeared completely I'm going to take a guess that you got a DLC native pregnant, it will return when she is no longer pregnant
