It did not work, sadly.
uh, yeah. I mean figures: if something is "dead" you can't tame it. My bad.
however using the cheat mod and /get death to your inventory works and the required items to tame them strangely fits. you need the red souls/soul shards. does that mean, it will be possible in the future? and since normal stun weapons don't work, will we get a special weapon to stun even death and its servants?

Here is working decensor (remove censorship).
Unpack BepInEx_x64_5.3.0.0.zip to main folder where Mad Island.exe (you should get BepInEx folder, doorstop_config.ini and winhttp.dll near Mad Island.exe !)

Then launch a game once, just to title, then exit. (this is needed for BepInEx initialize).

Then go to BepInEx folder, there will be new folder created -> plugins
Drop unpacked dll's from DumbRendererDemosaic_v1.4.3.0.zip here. (you should have 2 dll files in plugins folder)

Thats it, launch, play.

For quick check if mosaic is gone, in main menu press shift+p keys, that will show hidden Preview button with all animations down below list.

Anyone know how to lower raid level from the Chaos Totem? When completing a raid at x level (ex: lv1000 and capturing a native), the raid totem new default level becomes 1000

is there a reason to use this over the way linked in original post?
Not sure why a download would be better then the empty file method.

OTOH, can Death really die? I mean... think about it.

It might be that this IS the way to tame Death. You just "kill" it and then, boom, in a cage...

I'm thinking it's just a WIP at this stage, but probably this will be how it'll work? That's how I'd do it, anyway ;)

Or just create an empty none.bat file.

Much easier (and quicker).

In Japan "Death" is not really a mythology being, based on what Mira say they are actually Shinigami.
And if we learned anything from BLEACH those can really die

The none.bat method does not decensor everything, There are some scenes still censored, And the only way to decensor those ones is to use the DumbRendererDemosaic

Anyone know what determines if death and its servants get knocked out instead of dying? It almost feels like they randomly revive while chilling in your inventory. Also any way to craft extra death wands?

Ah well, I wouldn't know, as I'm not really into all that stuff lol. Interesting about Death, though. Guess we'll have to wait and see how it evolves.

With BepInEx active, how do I permanently get rid of the annoying whiteout overlay that gets stuck on a character whenever I select him/her, to follow me for example? The only temporary fix I've found so far, is to talk to the character, or to remove an equipped item from the character and then put it back.

It's like with BepInEx the whiteout overlay that flashes over a character, when you select it, simply does not automatically disappear (as it should) when you stop selecting the character or finish giving it a command.
