err if we talking you try avoid it or make it happen, more or less possible just never use heavy attack to kill enemies since its always end up as mutilating enemies also never craft flesh bench since that where most guro stuff came from but if we talking about the environment and surrounding area, nope some area had head stabbed in pike as display and one of boss literally using females bodies as weapon hanging in his back

Go for the spider first. It's close to your spawn, there is a decent amount of iron in its cave that will allow you to craft your first iron weapon and utilities, and the workbench you get from it only consumes the resources found in the cave. Very nice for a quick start. Also opens up a path to the werewolf, a very strong fighter that you can capture and use for the defense of your base.

Old woman native makes native clothes.
Also you can make clothes for them at some cosplay tables.

Summer and Halloween workbenches have some costumes. Or alternatively at lvl 50+ difficulty some raiders in red armor may spawn, you can just take their clothes.

i found the giant girl without cheating (for once) i chose not to kill her made her follow me and i hearthed to my home base and when map loaded the giant girl was with me so is she mine now and will remain at my base any chance to fuck ?

if the giant girl the one from chaos area ? then like any other you only need the affection at 50 value and you can choose talk>sex>choose where as for how she stay at base yes you can place her in base just need to set her from move option and chose where she stay and what range she have
