Shouldn't be an issue - you need to have them like you at like 51 or 75 or something, don't remember the exact number
If the option has disappeared completely I'm going to take a guess that you got a DLC native pregnant, it will return when she is no longer pregnant

You could search in this forum, there are ways to redo events without loading old saves
But you might have the issue of having dup of unique characters, like me having extra pair of dup Reika and Keigo because I redo her quest two times

Having sex with NPCs
Being fed well and having water is the minimal thing you kinda need if you want them to functional well
Food box & Water Well nearby their "Location" point is needed
However that does not equal to them wanting Sex with you
Increase their Likability will make them wanting Sex with you (both Male MC and Yona)
Becoming their "Most Love Person", hover your mouse over it and see, if the likability is over 70, then the number would be Pink and
Just asking them to "Follow" you, that sometimes can increase their likability but I somehow can't get a screenshot this time around...and it takes a long ass time to do for only +10 I recall
Press & hold Q for the following...
"Dancing" around them is the best way to increase their likability
+2~+4 but this is the fastest way to do so
"Lewd Dance" and "Threating" both are two weird emotes to use to increase their likability
You either get +2~4
Or Nothing
Or -2~-4
And the leading theory for me is based on their personality on whether they would like it that way or not
Good natured Person being threaten? I too would dislike that, Churlish Person being threaten? they may like that
Again this is just a theory,
As for how the Sex option gone, I actually Don't know what you mean by that, and would request a Screenshot on it
AS LONG AS It does not violate Forum Rules, why did I need to specify that?
Because I know one thing, getting NPC Preggie?
ONLY the "DLC" native will lose her Sex option after getting/while Preggie
While the Female Native will still be able to have Sex even after/while Preggie
Ultimately you can see who's Preggie or not via the "Friend List"
(I swear people don't use this function more enough...)
Eclair Preggie for example, having a cute face next to her "Important person" star
(You can use this star function to single out/highlight a person on the map and use her/him/It to Auto-walk/run to their location or to edit her/him/its settings out of the crowd of NPCs)

Yeah it was the dancing It got rid of love points but in my case I banished her and did the same thing again and I got the option back

I think holding the middle mouse button will let you move the map. Not totally sure and I can’t currently check.

It's a Cursed Hand, does 44 attack damage
What you need :
Cursed Orb x1, Mole Claw x1, Eye x4
Cursed Orb :
Tamed Underground Woman & Mandrake & Water Well
Ask a Tamed Underground Woman to follow you, while having a Mandrake in your inventory
When you go near a Water well, there's another option "Kill"
Thus you'll trigger the "Easter Egg"
"Kill her" and you'll get the Cursed Orb
(She is just an Actress, no Underground Woman were harmed)
Mole Claw :
Go to this location Kill Mogie
Eye :
Chop a Native's Head off
Go to Meat Table and you can an Eye
Once you got everything,
Go find the Trader with everything in your inventory Bar and able to trade for "Cursed Hand"

Meal Effectiveness (During Raid)
Applies to NPCs against the Raiders during the Raid, does not Effect the player's character
And this is some good Buff for your NPCs ngl
While this is only level 42 Raid and I got some other food item around the place
400 lv.42 raiders vs 1 lv.999999 Male Native, 1 Lv.3 Wolf and 1 Lv.2500 Female Large Native
You see those Red 0 damage? yea, each of those Raider hits got nullified aside from -4 AoE Burn Damage from Small Native
So yea, that little shit is still better being cooked than alive, lol

This is a Building Concept for:
Archer Tower lookout
To get this work,
You have to start with Wooden/Stone Stairs,
Adjust the stairs to whatever you like, Y 1.93 to prevent Large Native's heads from clipping through the Wooden Platform
Place down Wooden/Stone Platforms at the top of the stairs and adjust where you want it at
Put down a Wood Fence for Medium Animal
Now, you can't really get in the Wood Fence easily
so place down a stair between the Wood fence for you to get in easily and able to get out
(If you play Minecraft, fence farming animal concept basically)
Now just get some Female Native/DLC, preferably Elite version of them, give them a Bow and a Single Arrow of your choice
Put them in the middle of the Wood fence and adjust their movement range by one tick, just enough to move around
Max their Combat Area, it doesn't matter as they're stuck inside of the Wood Fence
Food box & Water well nearby, you could place a leaf bed in it if you wish to do so
Set them as Guarder, Food so they self-sustain themselves with Food box
You can also Allow Love & Sex as long as their partner loves each other and doesn't hate each other
or just allow them to slack off fingering themselves
Pros :
1. Immune to Melee Raiders
2. Might look good in some builds
Cons :
1. Hard to build honestly
2. NPC's detection isn't always that good, effectiveness is mix bag
3. Limited Range despite having Max combat range
4. The Tower is pretty much immune to damage due to wood/stone stairs/platforms not having Durability, your entire base walls gets destroyed and you just see floating platforms which to some builders....could be a deal breaker for them.

I haven't tried these fence. It does prevent the archer to fall from the tower but how about the arrow they shot?
Here what I tried to do, easier to make but has weird looks
First I put a pilar, then put a platform on it. U can adjust how high your platform would be but i suggest to not make it too high, just high enough to prevent the raids to climb it.
Put your archer there or just any other creature with ranged attack (i have been thinking to put that rock-throwing-scorpion on it cuz their blunt damage), u can put them there as much as you like.
After that put chest box arround the platform, makes sure there is no gaps that let your character get out from the platform.
Lastly u can just remove the pillar and the stair if u want to.
So why chest box? well i test that the chest box has low hitboxes and my arrow can go out smoothly and it cannot be destroyed by the raiders (I haven't test other chest tho, i believe cactus chest can do some damage somewhere i red in this forum). the only problem is when those raiders is in below the platform, your archer cannot hit them from there so i suggest to make more archer tower.
After sometime thinking i realize 2 important thing
1. Chest box is the perfect wall u can have, so why bother urself to make a tower to prevent your archer to get melee hit by raiders while u can just put it on the ground and still can prevent your archer to get melee hit (other than aestetic purpose of course).
2. Making narrow platform does makes the archer aim better but will prevent them to run from fire throwed by those little guy, meanwhile making wider platform (even just 2x2) your archer will often makes their arrow to shoot the platform instead the enemy.
My conclusion is making a full walled (using chest box) base is better because it has better survivability and the archer will hit better.
Then i haven't play the game again since then XD.
I hope what i write here can help improve your design.

Yes, there are console commands, and they are pretty much cheats. There are no known consequences of their use.
