Because gay content is much worse than dismemberment, cannibalism, and rape. After all, children play this game, so developer think first and foremost about their delicate mental state.
In one of the comments he say that he planned it but the demand is so low but who knows first are gonna come the things that the majority wants we had to wait and see

Story and main npc pregnancy are probably more likely in demand over gay content.
he had a list in his discord and they are npc scenes that are male to male but take it whit a grain of salt theres a lot of content that is high in the list that he still dosent do so i guess we have to wait and see

Kind of understandable if the dev shifting to pregnancy, the game has plenty of female entity types and all. I'm just happy now both protagonists can get hooked now.
Can't help but wonder whether they missed Elder Sister pregnancy, or they left in on purpose because their menopause is supposed to be permanent. Even after rejuvenation. I read an old post on ci en they expanded model inheritance for Man with large and underground females.

It might just be something for later. I don't think anyone was thinking Large and Underground would get pregnancy before the mains or before the Androids even got a scene.

Hello guys, I happen to have a question. In the beta version I see there is some type of clothes that isn't wearable by anyone and I was wondering if that is a bug and you can (in some way) actually make someone wear those outfits to someone or not. For istance there is various types of "maid outfits" but just 1 is wearable.
Fuck all of that my real homies want to have consensual sex whit the grandma i want to make a hag harem i want to be the hag king XD

Names on clothes should be automatically shown once you have the type of female recruited. For example, an upper for large natives will show it's for large natives once you have one of them recruited. Clothes for Reika will show her name on it once you recruited her, and so on.
For maid outfits IIRC, the french maid one is for Giant, the other one is for Kana, the hanged blue haired girl along with the purple haired friend that lost both legs.
Edit: Nope, Kana's is gothic outfit. My bad. White frills, you know.

I didn't even think it existed, and know already in effect as for current. Must've missed a lot. That explained those white plain clothes.

This game has so much potential, it's insane. I wish I could make something better, but I probably won't. Completely sandboxy game about sex could be a separate genre. It just requires so much effort to set up every system, and also make sure that randomly generated characters look fuckable, etc. Anyway, huge kudos to the creator, he's inspiring me to try making something myself.
