The Japanese word for "native" (in the sense of a race/culture that inhabits a region) gets mangled by machine translators sometimes.

It seems like tasking people to milk them doesn't increase the rate of production at all. Also the milkers themselves cost 4 iron ingots to make so getting enough of them would take a ridiculous resource investment.

Milk production slowly increases over time the more an NPC is milked. The game remembers this internally as "milking experience" for each NPC (in the save data, though not named such) so the same NPC will later also give more milk if you put her back in a milking station.

Nothing else increases the rate for a single NPC. Breast size, number of pregnancies/births, NPC type, etc. have no effect. NPCs assigned to lifestock duty are only there to replenish the water/food meters of the people being milked. They have no effect on production whatsoever (other than avoiding production dropping to zero when milked NPCs have too low food/water meters).

Yeah, it's an arduous process that takes forever to get the 72 milks needed to grow an NPC into an adult. Especially in the early game.

Neither. Bring a premium steak set (craft with high-grade beef dropped by Milkies/Balphants and some veggies) to her then pick the third dialogue option that is otherwise hidden without the steak.

for mining or farming resources, you can just look for 2 locations with the resources you want to farm, place a flag on each, farm and then fast travel to the other location. Farm the 2nd location, then fast travel to the 1st one, resources should have spawned.
(So you dont need to exit cave before going to 2nd location).

If you do this with iron in the spider cave, you can get +100 iron in like a minute or so.

Just one flag is enough. You can repeatedly fast travel to the same flag in a cave and the resources will respawn each time. 0 food cost each time and no need to swap between 2 locations.

Ideally you plant the flag in the South Mine (AKA the Iron Mine) at the SE side of the island because it has places inside where you hit 5 iron ore rocks close together without aggroing any enemies.

Nope. These people want to kill/eat/rape you, its up to you to convince them otherwise. There's only one non hostile village for story reasons and you'll see when you get there they're busy doing their own thing.

Maybe there will be a few more bad endings in the future, like the ending with the cutting off limbs in lab.

I just hope Yona will one day be able to rape the Boys or unconscious males aswell, giving her more scenes besides losing rape and tamed natives (Still no scenes with tame females is also sad)
