You'd think, but people have pretty varying definitions of NTR. For some people a scene where, say, some guy grabs a love interest's boob before she slaps him and runs to the MC is nothing to think twice about. For other people it's NTR and they'll delete the game right there.

Well, it does not sound like the dev knows what a harem is, so i do not think its getting added, plus the ntr means netorare and netori , hope that makes it a bit clearer
