The creator probably thought it's easier to get the CGs by being defeated. It's "unlock what you experience" as is done in visual novels.

Could be that your save data got broken, try to delete it and play a new game, or use the data I uploaded here before...if that doesn't work, maybe your computer can't handle the game...
