I installed the most recent UndertaleModTool version and opened the data.win file.
After that it's pretty much braindead digging. (Sprites, Files, Images, Etc.).

It took me a while to get around to it but now that I'm digging through the data in the newest release with the modding tool I can't find any sex scene sprites/spines at all even trying to search only gets me results for the scripts. Can you tell me what the names of those specific types of sprites/spines are?

Here's my full save. Hope this helps, the old ver of the game had a cheat (for some reason it's not there anymore in the new versions) where you could press 1 or 2 and get 100 money for free which allows you to trade for stat pts. Anyways, enjoy!
