Your 1st link is VIP mod (I think) where the uploader tried to disguise it by calling it new 3 in 1 mod instead of VIP.
That version in 2nd link is old. This is CN 56.6:

Actual 3 in 1: Havent played it and saw a link from several pages back and another one from September but I dont know which is correct or if it is an older version of 3in1. Someone should elaborate on this one.

The official developer of Celesphonia is also working on a sequel called Shadow Maiden Selenoxia I believe which is set to be released 2026. Kagura will probably take 1-2 years to translate it. That sequel is set in same universe but has another character instead. You can play the official release demo on their ci-en:

But apart from that given what I saw its maybe 80% as good as Celesphonia as I dont like the character design, weird battle pose, and much crappier battle fuck system. Could be early content for now that will change but I doubt it.

It has official english translation included no need to patch anything on top of it just click and play
ok, you got almost everything right but let me clarify some things:
[1] CN_V56.6 : Adds lots of costumes, No story content added.
[2] 3in1 : This mod mix CN_V56.6 with 2 less known Chinese mods: (1)催眠MOD and (2)技能增强.
this mod overhauls school hypnosis event ark and restore some removed content from the original game.
Development ended last year due to fights and drama between the modding group (yeah there is even more drama xD).
[3] VIP : Build upon 3in1 by one of the former members it adds a lot more of costumes, events and new dungeons.
Modder didn't want this to be leaked cause he was supposed to no leak the work that the previous members were working at before they went full drama-queens last year (he is mainly afraid of retaliation from his former "friends").
[4] Maple : First big Chinese mod not related to the previous ones. It adds new costumes, events, story and a fresh main menu, actually it's in early development but has a demo available with the first 3 chapters in it.
So far no drama and the development team seems nice and open to discussion.
[5] Hax : Meme mod with a lot of new things.
Wait what? First time Im hearing all of this. I never joined the discord so I dont know the behind the scenes stuff.
1) 3in1 mod is dead completely? What happened? I was looking forward to the school hypnosis overhaul content and the cut content such as hospital dungeon so I guess that hope is gone. I remember seeing screenshots of it in this thread months ago.
2) I dont know what the drama is about 3in1 but why were the developers fighting, it sounds like a bunch of nonsense. Did the VIP mod basically take 3in1 and release their internal build that they refused to release because of drama? I can understand a modder afraid of Chinese law but afraid of other modders in their team is laughable. Does this mod contain all of the content that 3in1 had? Someone said this modder is paying to put content in it sounds like he is paying for people to do the work 3in1 modders were supposed to do.
3) What is this Maple mod? Its separate from VIP, and 3in1 and it is its own thing completely?
Since the Maple mod you said has a demo, does it have an expected full release date? Any of these new mods have an expected release date for english translation?
Which of these Chinese mods in development (not CN V56.6) has the most new content?

They never fought, they Just didn't agree with each other about changes and It can be seen in the new version of the 3in1 that Is locked to chapter 3 why, different plugins and obfuscation are used, most likely to an extent the other developer did not agree and parted ways, which Is why There's 2 different mods in development.

No, uncorrect. The actual developer of the VIP mod actually Is against making this public. He distribute the mod privately to Who actually manage to get in touch with him, so saying he released stuff because of drama Is your own false claims especially since the new 3in1 which Is Also in development, Is completely different.

The only fear, which Is Also something seen in the 3in1 telegram Group, Is that malicious groups tried selling those mods as if It was an entire new game against the developers Will which are both spendind Moneys+time and were giving It for free, which Is...Guess what? Similar to what you did by leaking this mod in early stage Without any consent After you agreed not too but to an extent where malicious Groups were gaining moneys out of It, but for someone like you lying to get attentions and then lying trying to save your face when exposed I couldn't expect anything different, right?

The "maple" mod Is basically the new 3in1 version which Is a rebuild from scratch and it's currently in a demo like state with only 3 playable Chapters and it's most likely the reason why the other developer Just parted ways and instead kept to develop on the foundations of what was already developed instead of throwing away everything to start from scratch using new plugins and using 32bits assets which causes lags and seems like poor optimization when trying the "maple" mod.
The "VIP" mod developer (or how Peoples started calling It in the discord at some point due to One of the moderators Making a joke about It for the name), parted ways for the above mentioned reasons and the fear was because some malicious Groups tried to gain Moneys out of his own work on which he spending Moneys as well...something that lately has been reported in the new 3in1 or "maple" mod telegram group as well and not for what dumb"haha emoji's reaction"guy said...i dunno about you but i would be naturally Angry as well if some assholes try to gain Moneys out of my own work especially because selling porns can get you in troubles in China even if you didn't sold It directly and you are Just the author of the said porn, let Alone even creating porn can get you in troubles Without anyone pointing Fingers at you in that country.

From what I remember go to downtown area and go to the big wide street area and talk to one of the npcs there that are just standing there. It was either in eastern or western end of that street
