because it has been mentioned that one can get the mc seriously fucked up in qualta emerald i must ask what is that game?
The only other stuff as far as I can tell is cosmetic items/costumes that other then stats don't do what the it says it dose so like I said cosmetic and incomplete. though the cosmetic items/costumes is alone worth using the mod for. As well being able to change the color of her hair and clothes.

It also has a prequel Quarta Amethyst and a new game in the works called Quarta Alumina and Tangel.
In general the focus is a bit different than Celesphonia, with Emerald the main heroine being godly strong from the get go and slowly being messed up by small fry enemies until she becomes increasingly weak to pleasure of all sorts. One other difference is that Emerald can get hit with some really nasty debuffs that are really hard to get rid off, some of which can make it impossible to fight back anymore and can quite literally be game ending.
Also one thing to note is the general tone difference in the setting and the story in that while in celesphonia the whole thing is really serious with Amane doing what she is doing out of circumstances while in Emerald the whole thing is lighthearted no matter what happens, with Emerald doing what she does out of personal conviction and sense of justice, and even the main villain Cloudy being really whacky and derpy just because. It is basically a parody of old magical girl anime and it's done that way entirely on purpose.

Been a while since I played vanilla but I think
1. in vanilla you had to upgrade the corruption stats to unlock the next tiers of sexual assaults. Now it just escalates naturally without you having to go to ars memoria.
2. Options to have limited vision like you can only see what;s 5 squares in front of you making it hard to see some enemies.
3. If enemies are in close proximity of each other they can jump into the fight meaning you have more enemies to fight in one battle, if you start a fight on an enemy and another joins in jumping behind you, they'll get the drop on you and attack first.
4. option ingame of having all your items stolen (do no recommend)
5. Option of not having the girl come rescue you, meaning you'll have to run around debuffed, low mp, etc can also lose mp/transformation during sex or battle so you can also be running around the dungeons as plain old Amane.
those are the main ones that I think were added

I have. It black screens a lot. Outfit changes are... obvious: not even in an CG sense, allowed outfits look like 4Kidz edits.
you can get it on steam and then download the the "patch" on kagura games for free. It restores the game to its original state, with the added translation

if anyone wants the mod everyone is talking about, CN/CH (means chinese, same thing, people have been calling it both) its updated to the latest (v56.6 | the message isn't updated, but the download is) and once you downloaded it, get the english translation patch from the discord

You don't actually need to download the translation *for the specific link mentioned here that was originally posted by OkamiUwU*, that one has everything patched, translation included
But any future releases, when they actually get published by the mod author and arrive to the linked discord, will need to be manually patched with the translation

Uh... am I an idiot or did the Chinese Mod make the tutorial monsters (the two tentacle monsters you fight in the intro) straight-up unbeatable on Crisis? That's certainly a choice, lol. Memoria tells me I have "nothing to fear" from them, and then the game basically soft-locks because I can't beat them and you have to beat them to finish the intro.
It's possible I'm missing something, but I only have 3 commands at that point (Attack, Defend, Charge Up), and none of them get me anywhere close to winning the combat. Do I just have to skip the intro if I wanna play on Crisis? This is very strange.

As I recall from when I started my Crisis run with the CN mod, you'll need to use the basic arrow of light magic spell (which only costs 1 with the mod) for that first battle. Later you can be more flexible, but initially, yeah, that's your way to go.
