Anyone have the updated version? I'd rather just use Mtool at this point lol but this version supposedly has lots of bugs.

This is another game that was already picked up by Kagura Games and its on their list. Its literally better to just wait than try to play what it is now.
so what even is the transformation content in this game? is it just the magical girl thing or is there other transformation content? like the MC getting turned into a monster girl or something?

Tried to download the game off the site but it was ad after ad then constant links that didn't actually lead to the game download. Just gotta be patient I guess and wait for the uploader to find it. This just makes me realize how thankful I am for F95Zone lol

Eh I normally don't say anything and wait it out. There are some games on this site that are from dev circles that I find myself liking when they chose to do preg. content that is a mechanic. However for some games I never know when there is going to be an official translation, which I don't mind paying for when they come around. That said the issue I'm not fond of seeing, is a translation where only half of the important stuff is still untranslated. I'm still learning to read Japanese however I can only read the simple basics; hirogana and katagana, and at least I can pull up reference material on those if I'm unsure. I can't read kanji to find may way out of a wet paper bag currently.

I've been playing these games for over 5 years, I've seen a lot of games with similar themes, and there's no variety.
My opinion: you can play for 1-3 hours, then it's boring.
Don't listen to this: I think I'd rather go play Carrie's prison.
I won't rate the game yet, I'll just say that you're a good developer, since I've never made a game myself.

Also, having the inner part of the eye be white instead of black is strange. Sure, Paimon from Genshin Impact manages to pull that off, but her eyes look like starry sky with a moon in the center.
