I pre-ordered MML about a month before release, based upon ImoPara and Evangile and perhaps the artwork previews on MG (figure I have to actually buy these when I can, after all). I've been an f95 user for some time, visiting VN discussions but passively, from the shadows. In the midst of reading MML, it seemed about time for me to commit my first post. So, in the spirit of SOL/MOE, ...

tl;dr - I'm mostly enjoying "Magical Marriage Lunatics" so far - warts and all. I've already done LuLuna, and I'm currently doing Luce (umm, I mean their routes, of course, tsk). Below, I elaborate upon what I've read so far. I then continue, in a spoiler-wrapped tangent, discussing the challenges of learning the Japanese language, and why one might wish to. Lastly, a couple recommendations. And on to the next post
tl;read it anyway - So, it really seems like f95 just might be the place for me - to find a little commiseration and camaraderie. I agree, more or less, with almost everything that's been said here. Still, I'm pretty tolerant of MOE/SOL, given the abundance of spineless-loser MCs that seem typical of the genre. I can put up with most of the absurdity:
I've finished Luluna's route, and.. overall - loved it. I can actually enjoy a fair amount of moe at times - it's a mood thing after all. After a death-of-heroine end, nakige, etc. - a sweet moe story can be comforting. Anyway -
Luluna may end up as my favorite. Luce is also quite endearing, and pretty smokin' hot as well. I also like the artwork in MML - the backgrounds and interiors, the sprites and the CGs, including the H-scenes I've read through so far - all nicely done imho. "Me likey".
I have a request for people who have finished Juli's route - can somebody tell me if it's got cuck or NTR? (I've heard things...).
Apologies for the extremely long-winded first post. I think this is why I'm an infrequent poster - I continually forget that I suck at reigning-in the stream of consciousness, and that it's nowhere as engaging as I think it might be as I furiously click away... I thank you all for the months of thoughts and impressions on VN content.

I guess I must, yeah - I must be one of those, lol... and, yeah - you're RIGHT! I thought I kinda recognized Karin. It's one of the twins - the "naughty" one, Koharu. But - the twins were a bit younger iirc... maybe she's Koharu's daughter, from ImoPara2?
Anyway, I guess I did like ImoPara too - but Imouto Paradise is a nukige.
MML just isn't a nukige - although, imho, it's got a fair amount of pretty decent H going on once the route commences. Granted, it's got a fairly long common route, so if that stuff kills it for ya, eh... That said - If you played Luluna's route and didn't think the H was any good, or that it was just too vanilla - I'm very surprised. And remember - I read both ImoPara titles too. Maybe you should power through it, or just skip through the parts that bore you... just a thought.

I mean - ok, he didn't pimp her out, or tie her up and engage S&M-wise, but... geez... that would've fucked it up for me man, lmfao... I kid.. none of that in ImoPara either, fortunately. That said - there's a time and a place, lol.. but - for a moege, with several H-scenes per heroine, I think it's surprisingly good.. for all it's sugar.
But you're right, it's not a nukige, it's not ImoPara for sure...
Totally agree about the credits -- it should be punishable as a crime. Like making them modal like that is going to do anything other than annoy people - not sure what the thought process is behind that...

Hey welcome to the community... but this is a game thread your post is to long for an offtopic post in my opinion.... it would be better if you make a discussion thread for you and link it here when you want.
Please cut and hide your post a bit more in Spoilersections(Similar games/story/art etc.. or so) like you already did .

End Credits are only unskippable the first time you play it. After you finish one route, start up a new game, hit that auto skip button and go get a drink of water, come back, and pick your new route with a different girl. When you get to the credits, you can just click and skip it entirely, and instantly. You can also skip transitions with left clicks.
No NTR. Each girl only has sexy times with MC. (The Succubus mom has a scene, but its a threesome with MC and daughter) I have done 4/6 routes, and each one is formulaic, but still really interesting. It's like watching the first movie of a series that has 5+ movies. You know they will build up danger, but come on, movie 4 wouldn't be called "Harry Potter" if the dude died in the first movie.
How each route basically plays out:
MC - Woah, I have 6 hot and popular chicks that all love me! Maybe I'll be worthy of them someday!
MC - Hey, X is pretty interesting, I like how she does things..
MC - "Hey everyone, I chose X!"
"aww, good for you two! We are gonna stay here and remain friends forever, and have no thoughts or anger against you not picking us though!"
Life is going pretty good, MC changes habits to be better match for X, small foreshadow...
Oh no! Something crazy is happening! What can we do?
You know what? We believe in the power of Love! All is possible!
No way! Set backs?! This is hard, but we can make it, if we can prove how much our love is real...
Yay! It worked (or it looks like it will work! Hopefully!)

When you finish a route, if you just load a save from the beginning of the game, it doesn't think you have beaten it yet, so can't skip the credits.
Instead of loading a save at the first choice, hit start new game, and then you can autoskip all the seen text, it will auto stop at text you haven't seen, and go from there. I was tinkering with the skip feature in the settings and found out that's how this game works.
And that every choice on my 4 runs (fox, vampire, succubus, and neighbor) really didn't affect the story at all. Just there for slightly altered next few text boxes.

Too bad you can't turn off the bleep censor kind of annoying but otherwise good VN I guess though not really sure how I feel about the bittersweet aspect to Luce's route though it turned out okay I guess

It drags along on some routes.
Currently doing Yuuna's route after Luce and Luluna and i've had my finger on CTRL for 5 minutes. Lots of text but the story has gone nowhere.
Luce's route was great, Luluna's route was heartbreaking and great but Yuuna's route had 5 minutes of excitement and an hour of mind numbing boredom. They could have cut most of this shit out and it wouldn't have made any difference. Lots of him staring at her and pages of discussion about it.
Glad I didn't do her route first, i'd have given up. I just want to see the ending of it now.

Honestly, I don't dislike this MC. He's not as weak spined as most make him out to be and honestly for a normal human, much less a normal TEENAGER human, he honestly comes off as probably least beta I can picture. It's like most harem VNs obviously with the multiple routes and all that jazz, but this might be one of the few times where I've seen an MC genuinely get fed up with shit and actually stand up for himself when the spotlight is on him alone. Take for example everyones gripes about the Royal Guard cast (don't get me wrong I am fed up with their shit too, twice is enough of dealing with them for me) but push comes to shove atleast in the routes I've gone through he's actually gotten just as sick of them as we the player and just straight socks them, calls them out on their shit, and walks away which is in itself pretty amazing as far as Eroge Protagonists go.

I do however think he's a massive moron.
School has a blood drive, got to give blood, so he takes people from different dimensions with blood that isn't human. Not only that he takes a vampire who loses her shit around the blood ... who would have guessed ... moron.
The nosebleed thing got me though. Sight of female flesh, nose bursts ... how attractive.

Is there a patch for Windows 10? I tried to play this game, but it keeps coming up with issues. I get problem reports like 'Need to install dxd9_40.dll', or 'program terminated due to sc00.dll'. Is there any way I can get this to play on my machine?

no need for patch it seems that you don't have the .dll files just download them and put them into the windows system32 folder and SysWOW64 if needed.
