I'm still playing the game ( i'm slow I know) but I was wondering why she forgotten about for so long. When I got to the part where it was explained she left I was kind of sad not gonna lie not my favorite but I liked her enough

she wasn't forgotten but written out of the story on purpose, she was mostly disliked by the players iirc

yeah I realized that when I got to that part but for the longest time I thought she was. Didn't know she was disliked that much tho. I actually like her more than Hannah , Jasmine and maybe Miko and Chris too. Undecided on the last 2

Yeah I mean she was kind of in the middle where I liked her more than a few characters but she wasn't a favorite or anything. I only was missing her cause I was wondering where her content was until Chris explained she went to Alaska.

Hello!
It's the middle of the summer and I'm sitting here in my underwear in front of a fan, trying my best to make my overheated brain come up with something to talk to you folks about in this Friday Progress Update.
I've been keeping my eyes on the computer market. I'm tempted by the 5090. Not only for the speed increase compared to my four years old (I think) 3090, but also for the 32Gb memory. PoP-IT will be using g9 and they can supposedly be a bit heavy. But it seems like Daz/Nvidia/whoever is taking their sweet time getting everything working. No update planned quite yet.
Progress-wise in MtP, we're close. We're less than 30 renders and a couple of animations away from the visuals for next update being done. I'm expecting to finish those before I go to bed on Sunday. Then it's just proofing, postwork, coding, and playtesting to go. Yay.
It's size in script is almost identical to the last update. But it has a few renders less and a few animations more. More or less same same. However, it's not the entire update I set out to do. I set out to do the entirety of day 17, but the earlier parts of the day grew too damned big. Too much Catalina, too much Ashley. So the later parts of day 17 will happen in the next update.
There's one girl who will suffer more than the others because of this. Beth is in the update. Miko too, but a little less than I had planned. Cat has a big role. Sandra and Hannah will be sighted and Ashley has a fair amount of content. Least popular girl Jasmine won't appear. Do you know who's missing? Right. Chris. Unfortunately this update will be Christine-free. But she'll have a big role in the next one.
The next update (so the one after the one releasing later this month) will also be the end of Act 1 and will be the end of MtP for now and I'll work on another game (what I call PoP-IT). I probably won't do a poll for it because I already have some stuff it must be that I didn't have time for now. Christine for one thing. I won't talk more of that now, it's still months away.
Anyway, here's the only picture without nudity I've done all week so it'll have to be the teaser preview.

What's something that you would have loved to add in MtP but scrapped it?
Erm. I don't if "loved to add" is the right way to phrase it. I've said it before, I went softer in kinks and content than I would have liked to adhere to Patreon rules. But the fact is, the game making and stayed a hobby and I'm making hobby money from it, so I could have not bothered. There's nothing wrong with romance and such but I find it a tad boring in large volumes.

What was your most difficult animation to make so far
Hmm. Good question. I don't know. Most of the animations I use, I make fully myself. But there's two types of animations that are really hard. Walking and dancing. Pretty much all such animations you ever see in any game are premade, converted to Daz from some kind of motion capture. A couple of dance animations in MtP are mine to 100%, those were probably the hardest and I'm not that happy with how they turned out either.

Jessica. Oh wait, I did remove her. Seriously though, regret is meh. I made my choices and it is what it is. The only thing I can do anything about is the future.

Wow, it's Friday again.
Let's do this. Progress update time!
Recall how I said in last Fridays update that I'd finish rendering on Sunday? Yeah, about that... I decided it needed a bit more. So I did a bit more writing, rendering, and an animation. I'm done with rendering, it just took a few days extra.
Anyway, I'm now far into postwork of the visuals. After that, I'll proofread the script and then code it up and playtest it. I won't claim any particular release date, but before next Friday or I'll put on the dunce hat again.
The changelog will probably be 700 renders, 19 animations and almost to the word the same script size as 0.16.5. The update version will be 0.17.2.
What else is there to say? Well, not that much about MtP I guess, but I'll chip in on this week's big news. Anti-xxx interest groups managed to put pressure on Visa/Mastercard to in turn put pressure on Steam to remove some types of adult content.
If you've been around the block, you've seen things like this many times. For a while, it was about violence in video games. Before that it was about movies, both violence and sex. Go back further and you'll find Frank Zappa in Senate hearings about music lyrics. Even further back, comics were causing politically correct riots.
Legislation and regulation. Put laws in place to make people have correct thoughts. As if that has ever worked. But for us, here and now, well we deal with it and work around it and ride it out. That's about it.
Anyway, I can't post any preview pictures. It's all just nudity. Trust me, bro. We'll jump right into the questions.

What is your favourite AVN aside from the one you are currently developing?
I can swear I've answered this before! Anyway, I'll do it again.
When I started developing a game, my playing of adult games took a nosedive. It became much harder to enjoy them because it's impossible to not take notes, recognize assets, see flaws and clippings and think about what I would've done differently. Some games I've played and liked and supported financially:
The Headmaster. The only HS game I've liked. I'm not a fan of the HS visuals.
Transfigure. Probably the only real porn game I've supported.
The game I most eagerly awaited updates for was probably the originally Big Brother.
Many of the bigger games now, I haven't even played. I know I should, but...

Will MtP and Pop-it take place in the same universe? If not, are you open to do a cameo or something to explain what happened to MC and his harem in MtP?
It won't be exactly the same Universe as MtP takes place "here and now" while PoP-IT is in a slightly alternate Universe. Not really much different but there's some things I need to be different for story reasons.
As for places and cameos, I might use some places. There's only so many shops and stuff to use for Daz. I might use some people too I guess, or slightly different versions of the same people. Maybe the salesgirl in the clothes boutique will be cheerful.
But if you're asking if I will put MtP girls in as sexual content, very unlikely.

Eh. No? What a weird question! I've already started taking notes. It will be almost all about Beth, Chris, and Miko. Not sure how long it'll be. I'll talk more about that in future progress updates.
