You need to get her turned into a sex slave for the horse scene. It's not obvious how to start the slave route, though. You need to borrow money in the casino, then lose most of it (enough that you can't pay it back), then tell the girl at the counter you can't pay off the debt. Then you'll be on the slave route, which opens up quite a few scenes, including the horse scene, and a dog scene in one of the houses (both have heart symbols over the npc you need to talk to, iirc). This doesn't lock you out of doing other things, as far as I could tell.
And for those asking about pregnancy, it's already been answered earlier in the thread, but it's rather lacking, lol. When she gets fertilized/impregnated, nothing happens until she rests, then she is instantly full term and gives birth. No walking around pregnant, or pregnant sex.
The orc defeat scene does contain its own pregnancy scene though. Not sure if that's the only defeat scene with it, haven't seen them all yet.
