I mean it's a bit more than 2 updates a year which is... normal for a large part of avns? And the game was on hold, not anymore
The dev has suspended the pledging on patreon because he cannot work on the avn (again).
Well that's a good thing, no ? As to not abuse his patrons' trust, the dev paused billing because he couldn't release the update on time (as he always did in such cases btw).
The game was on hold before the release of the current version iirc because the dev got burnt out, but he eventually got better and went back to it.
Development is currently ongoing, albeit at a slower pace due to lingering health issues.

Guys what would u do if u caught Yumi keylogging ur computer ️, would u tell or wait? If Soo would that endanger Yumi and you?? I need more info on this.. Soo Yumi doesn't face jail time or incrimination.. I meant I get the Blake point rather to tell her now or later.. but I'm not sure about the consequences here.. what do u guys think???

As far as I remember she doesn't go to jail. You can just let her co-operate with you and take her love route or you can take her domination route by blackmailing her.
Ik she doesn't.. but I feel like this game will hav consequences in the future.. as a result she might if we either tell Blake, later or never..
No idea, but it doesn't lag for me and I don't exactly have a high end computer. Haven't seen anyone else say this, either.
Maybe have a look at the game's log, next to the executable. It could be that it's throwing and catching lots of exceptions, and documenting them in the log. If so, that could give you some general indication of what's wrong.
I played an earlier version and it wouldn't load a previous save so I payed it again, but the older version age MC found the usb drive ... What happened?
Ren'Py stores all save files in two independent locations. One is in a subfolder of the game folder, so that saves can travel to other computers. The other is in a standardized location in your home folder, so that saves survive uninstalling/reinstalling and upgrades.
The one outside the game folder (you have to have "display hidden folders" on) is at :
%APPDATA%/RenPy/game_directory
That's an erroneous starting point.
The better one would be, 'how is this running in regards to other game of the same make on other systems?' or 'does anyone else have performance problems?'
Because if it's running like shit on multiple different systems, then it's liable to be the game, if it's not, it's liable to be a specific circumstance with your drivers and/or OS as well as hardware in conjunction with the quirks of the game. And that's way harder to solve but also more likely.
Either get multiple systems for testing these things or a robust network of other posters who can help you figuring this out.
Proper testing procedure goes a long way.
