I have to agree, the dialogue is really bad. Its almost too broken to follow properly. He definitely needs to get a translator or editor.

They're pretty simple. Enable console using Un-Ren or by editting line 98 in renpy/common/00console to True.

Type in console (Shift-o to access):
money=x (Players money)
hack=x (Players computer skill)
luck=x (Players luck stat)
charm=x (Players charm stat)
av=x (Mother's sexual attitude toward player)
glad=x (Mother's mood toward player)
sub=x or dom=x (Mother's dominance or submissiveness to player)

I've set to true but when I open console none of the command work I'm getting error message.

Not really sure but what i did was pick +charm as the character bonus and also reading the +charm book, and always being a nice and complimentary to the sister as possible.
