I can't currently download it, but did you copy the MS Gothic.tff to C:\windows\Fonts\ and restart Winlator?

EDIT: And also set the locale to japanese?

Add an environmental variable LC_ALL with the value ja_JP.UTF-8. However your wine installation will change to japanese until you remove the variable...

It should be JAST version. It should have (all) voices and uncensored CG.
