Maji de Watashi ni Koishinasai! A-1 to 5 is a fan-disk which is a bunch of self-contained story arcs for characters. part 2 is being translated and 3-5 are next, each part contains 3 stories.

Shakadou-san no Jun'ai Road is tranlated and it's a small side story for one of the male characters that appear.
Maji de Watashi ni Koishinasai!! SPARK is just a mini side story with other Minato Soft characters making appearance, has no impact on the story and it's not translated.
