Is the pose or skin deformed too much? I am working on the skin to improve the stiffness, and the idle pose has a couple of foot placement problems that I will be correcting. As I put in the notes, the new development is still super raw but it will improve

it's a UI error, it's already fixed, but the patch isn't ready yet because I'm about to include a fix for those who can't load external files. It might be ready and released tomorrow or the day after

• Fixed Dick skinning, deformation and attachment error in various parts of the game, especially when loading npc (It looked out of place, and did not generate the size with which it was created).
• Fixed deformation bug in clothes when editing an already saved character.
  Fixed and modified the loading of scenarios when playing.
• Added reaction of the hip when penetrated.
• Added reaction of the chest when mouth penetrated.
• Fixed main menu resolution problem.
• Fixed loading loop in some systems when loading files.
• Fixed lighting issues.
• Includes a pack of characters, poses, and basic scenes.
• It is recommended to run "ResetResolutionAndPreference.bat" (Warning: This will erase all menu preferences as well as all previously saved characters, scenes, and poses).

Hello! You could try restarting the scene. If you had version 4.0a installed, did you use the file to reset the configuration before opening the game? What hardware do you have? If you want, you can send me your player.log via private message (open the game, press the escape key, and click on "open game folder," the file is there).
