I thought that the inn system being locked out in the free mode is because there is no actual MC and your ability to create new male characters. No MC means that he would need to change the talk system (since there is no "captain" or make it so that you can choose a captain). then he would need to add the custom male characters to the heroine's sexual experience/status screen. Granted it should be fairly easy to implement these changes.

Let's be honest the dev took forever to release a game that is full of bugs, has very little in the terms of H, has a lot of useless "core" mechanics that are rarely used (like the duel system). Not counting the fact that he added an unavoidable NTR once again after years of receiving backlash for it. All in all, I'd say that free mode is going to be untouched for quite a while. The bugs are priority, then he will move on to the reminiscence screen. After that who knows if he is going to re-touch the story or focus on the free mode. I do believe that he painted free mode as something for those who want more of the gameplay (which I assume it explicitly covers the combat and dungeon crawling aspects).

I'd say that free mode is a super low priority thing for the dev at least currently.

Yeah I have to agree.. I love Makura Cover Soft, but this game just feels half baked, in particular with how long this game took to make. With how focused the game is on your heroines being taken away, it's extremely lame how few scenes there actually are, especially when they describe so many different things happening to them in the "event log" of their capture window, things that have no scenes attached to them whatsoever. Then of course there's Liselle; I'm all for NTR, it's what Makura are known for, but man it feels so bad to have a forced ntr character with no way in game to change the outcome those events, no amount of leveling, no amount of preparation, you're forced to lose, forced to run around for 30 days to get what will supposedly help you win, only to find out that no matter what you did in that time you still lose. The entire Liselle storyline is wasted effort. It'd be one thing if there were alternate paths there and depending on what you did prior to her getting captured or after she is captured, it changes things, but no, just a bunch of wasted time for a hoe that doesn't care that this random guy raped her, kidnapped her, fucks her and random women every night, then got her pregnant and then she also knows that he's going to dump her when he's bored of her - and it's this person that she falls in love with, losing interest in the person she had originally fell in love with and giving up on all of her friends who were there for her, helped her, encouraged her, and defended her. Absolute insanity.

lol so yeah, I agree, an ok/10 dungeon crawler with a meh/10 H-game. The ntr system is a good base that they seemingly spent no time to flesh out with content in all that time they had to work on it. It's such a shame and lost opportunity.

I wonder if it would be possible to mod and add new scenes or routes if the NTR system is good.

'Zero reason' implies it's behind a single flag which would take less than 10 minutes to find and toggle.

Spoilers: it isn't that simple, so he's full of shit. The dev would not leave that much out if it was simple to do.

I guess I should stop modding as a hobby because I'm not getting paid for it, glad you're my mom and making decisions for me.

Yeah, you're probably right. It's a shame, there is a good game under the bugs and obtuse game design decisions.

There is a difference between modding for fun and modding because someone (who got paid for it) didn't do their job.

We paid (or at least I did) for something that was promised to be a good game based on what we knew from the demos. And there is no guarantee that even if they mod something right now a patch from tomorrow won't generate issues.

Hope you understand my son. I do understand your point but not everyone has the time nor the knowledge to do it. No reason to be aggressive against someone who was just voicing their very valid complaints in this forum.

Thanks for the mod. :). Look, my point is that the design choice behind locking the inn system in free mode, is not a good one. I mean why else would I use free mode? (Also the game is kinda lacking in H-scenes with art, there are a lot which seem to be text only.

I think you're taking this way to seriously. My point is the free mode sucks out of the box and there is no reason it shouldn't. Like I said earlier in the thread, there is a good game under bugs and obtuse design choices. I'm sorry if it appeared that I "bit your head off" Perhaps I could've worded thing better. Let's all be friends, no?

I think I really like this game — I might even be a bit addicted to it. I’ll give it a 9/10.
Why not a perfect score? Because I forgot to save my most important progress and lost valuable weapons, clothes, and other important items... the game has quite a few bugs that appear often.
Tip: saving your game is very important.
I hope they add a new story or DLC in the future.

Been checking on this game nearly daily waiting for the patches to slow down before finally giving it a shot. Looks like I may be waiting a while XD
