I translated this game, and yes it is completely MTL though it was heavily edited to make everything read naturally. I don't know a lic of Japanese and am not qualified to say any of it is accurate. I know for a fact there are 1or2 scenes that just never made any sense to me and I just had to go with what the raw Google Translate & DeepL translations told me. It's nice to know everybody enjoyed my translation, even if a lot of you are disappointed by it being MTL.
I think a lot of people are, maybe, reading into the relationships of characters here a bit wrong? It's hard for me to look at these characters and call the swapping they are doing "swinging". Almost all of the relationships are strictly parent/child, and the goofiness aspect of the whole thing comes from the idea that this is completely normal for mother/son relationships for them. Atsushi & Kenichi having sex w/ Makoto's mom is as much NTR as them eating breakfast with Makoto in the morning; Sex is just what the mom's do in this story, and sometimes you gotta share the same courtesy w/ your guests (Though, this doesn't stop a lot of jealousy & NTR-vibes from leaking into the Mie route).
