Try doing this --> Go to control panel. Clock and Regions. Regions. Administrative. Change System Locale. Then switch to Japanese (Japan). Restart your computer/laptop and it should work.
I have not tried an emulator so I dunno.

Thank you, I used to use the Windows Locale settings as you described for Japanese locked games before but a while back I discovered the emulator - same linked version as the one linked in the OP- and it worked well with other app. That doesn't seem to work on my system anymore. No loss, I'll figure it out eventually.

The idea is to avoid changing windows settings for specific app/games.

As as many bad things in the World today it can be traced back to USA. After WW2 ended americans had a lot of saying what will be included in the new japanese constitution. There is some wierd request by the americans all explicit sexual materials to be censored is order to subdue all future desires of the japs to wage wars. Or some dumb shit like that . So thats why even today real porn as well as cartoon one coming from Japan is censored.

Yagai Gakushuu 1 & 2, but they are loli games so I havent tried them. But if you are into lolis then go ahead. I hope more vn from this developers got translated.

Curious. I like loli but ain't really keen on shota, but since I played Yagai Gakushuu I gave this game a try. I guess the universe does indeed tend to find balance.
