In my country only incest and pedo that involves real people is considered a crime. If you draw or use AI to create images that DO NOT involve real people there is no problem. Well this isnt cuckfest unlike that game, I hate that game to death, not because it was NTR (its dumb to complain about ntr when the game is tagged as one) but because netori ending is light hearted while ntr endings are brutal af (and there are 3 of them too) and rushed too which feels like sudden betrayal. I had to go through that the whole cuckfest just to get a boring netori ending (Incest ending was only good ending, still not worth it to play the game for me atleast) If you havent played it and want to play it (the art is good) I can tell you where to get the translation. But only play it if you are into NTR.
