So I checked this Dev's works on DLsite and even to this day in 2025 he still sticks with this exact 'Mama' character design and keeps making new doujins. (No new games though). Gotta respect a man's commitment to his OC and fetish.

Edit: I think it's the exact same character each time? All of his series are called 'Arisa' + something on DLsite so...
