not sure how i did it but but i some how got the item to return and talked to the shop keeper to give it to her.
You might need to increase your luck enough for the random event to happen.
the second to last item just wants you to use that skill, and see all its outcomes, it only worked for me when i stacked the miss skills,

I do wonder how many viable builds there are, but I ended up running the Wishing Stars/TP 200 build for handicap. Ouroborous is the chef's kiss for safety. Was pretty decent at handling SIN as well. Just had to get a little lucky.

My favorite build is a miss build using 2 Premise, Upset, Fallen Seven Times, Double Miss, Miss Farm, Breathless Run Through, and Reversal Star, Then I add a jackpot for grinding. Works well for SIN if you take out breathless, miss farm, and fallen.

The build i have is pretty much a "cheat Build" in game.
But if i had to give advise first to get to that build, stack hp and defense until you have enough skill points to allocate a good amount into agility. after that Aim for the items that lower Hp/defense in exchange for passive agility and evasion. Not sure at what point you get permanent dodge, but i stacked 3 of those, plus the luck r/sr items and i pretty much won the game.

Main relics i used plus agility stat dump:
SR: breathless run through- Every turn -4% hp, increase def agil and evasion. (you cant go under 1 hp by items)
R: Gambler- GREATLY increase agility and evasion. hp becomes 1/10. (dont need hp if you aren't hit)
R:Icarus - decreases max Hp. increase agility and evasion

if you can raise your luck enough you will find event items and im sure luck effects dodge rate as well.

also as a side note, look for the items that say "gives this + relic slot" because you can just stack those infinity.

Finally, there is a rare chance the picture in the main room will change. it took me like 30 mins of going in and out of the menu to find it after i skipped past it and saw it last second haha

I really liked this game, its game play and progression felt good and i rarely want to 100% a game on my own.
Can't wait for more from this dev.

Synophage, Cynophage? I forget how it's spelled but it's easily the best healing relic you can get it's beyond busted. You'll have to brave the gacha and pray for luck but it's more than worth it. Relic was consistently restoring 504hp. Actually finished the EX level at full health

Interesting build, nice to know you can't self kill (unless it was from SIN).

My main build had nearly 100 Luck before desperation, (Wishing Stars positive effects are influenced by Luck, you can get the 3x activation below 100 TP with enough luck). And yeah, the Recovery+with an extra Relic slot is nice.

Apparently their next game is going to be similar, but based on a Roguelite game design. Also there will be Eight 'Women' in it.

Small spoiler for the next game follows, we've only gotten two characters revealed. It's a sequel/continuation of their game with Enano (who we had cosplay of), who acts as support.
