Not the person, but I think they meant no. 86 [SR] Autophagy. 30% HP heal. MP increases by 10. [Consumed TP: 0]
Good luck on the SIN EX fight, if you haven't beaten her with that yet.
(Luck build is very nice for getting ridiculous amounts of EP. Still took me way too long to complete the relics, even pumping over 10 Gacha card items per fight)
EDIT: And I still do not have the ITEM to return to the Shopkeeper.

Try reseting stats and dump stats into luck and try a luck build out.
Luck effects the chance of random events happening.
When i was throwing random decks at the first ex fight i some how got the item.
I still have the laptop and have no idea what its for haha.

Outside of giving the SIN relics I'm not sure it does anything else.
My main build is the luck build. I even got it to 400 luck. Most of my build when I farmed for an hour was it. I've literally everything else in the game. It also took me that farm just to get the final two SRs I was missing, Reversal Star and the one after it in the list.
The laptop you use to get the SIN relics, which you equip all of them for the EX fight. It gives you the vague hint to use them all.

Then maybe try redoing some of the older tests?
i have a feeling that maybe certain items can only be found in certain tests.

Ok i just stuck up ouroboros and beat with out a breaking a sweat (Why is ouroboros so busted?!)
Because Ouroboros also returns TP. It counteracts its downside as long as you have the initial cost. If you have enough HP to tank any individual turn, you basically win.
You can also do a really dumb Miss build using Beyond MIss, Double Miss, Mystery Pack, Reversal Star, and Better Safe than Sorry to a similar effect.
This wasn't even the final healing amount, lol.
Yeah, maybe. My fear is that getting the Laptop somehow bugs out getting the other item. I've even thrown out almost everything but Jackpots and Wishing Star. (+1 relic slots remain)

Also, apparently the item I was missing was from the regular gacha. Which explains why I couldn't find it.

Art and dialogues are nice but damn if I enjoyed any second of the passive battle system. You basically equip items beforehand the combat/exam then let it run it's course. Game is rather short and you can easily finish it (without the challenges) with just a slight amount of grind, so overall I think I can forgive the decision of this weirdo autobattle.
I have played this one through Google MTL before. Nutted several times and still return to it a lot.

By default, you have a Miss in your 'deck'. You can also miss thanks to not having an active skill available or not enough TP to activate a skill. Also, certain relics increase Misses, so you are more likely to select a Miss rather than your useful skills.
Miss skills are mostly Normal or Rare Relics, so you can legitimately make a very strong Miss focused build. Underdog is a permanent boost, when it activates, for Charm.
Without knowing your setup, I can't say more. Also ensure you are leveling up properly.
