You have to eavesdrop on Veronica and Amy at the health club, they'll talk about club Neon. Then you Google it on your phone to get the address. I can't recall the time, but it's on a weekday..

The candles are in the bottom drawer in the kitchen. To get rid of the girls for the night you need to have dinner at 18.00, the girls will mention a concert, walk at night and a shady guy will sell you some concert tickets, next day at 15.00 enter foyer from the hallway between Claire and Veronica's rooms, give tickets to girls.

Maybe I am misunderstanding the question (not having completed the game)- but I assumed "nightly visit" was the normal "walk in while she's sleeping" from 5 am to 9 am. You need 12 points to do all current content for "nightcrawler" achievement.
Veronica beach visit is probably do-able at 6 pts (when you've removed her panties), because of her willing slave dialogue. You can do it at 10 pts, its not worth doing until you have at least 14 (needed to start added scenes)
The official hint file should say "hit her at least until she says "OUCH, dammit MC", instead of "ouch"", when spanking Veronica in Maid outfit. (plain "OUCH" is confusing. And you should actually do it until she says it 4 times (12 total hits) for 2 submission (13 hits is minus 2)
Oh, and final hint for those having difficulty spotting cosplay thingies... they disappear from image when you hit the "eye" symbol. So find the area you think one is, hit the "eye" to remove UI, then click on area you think it will appear- if you are right, you should see something pop up near your mouse.
And to find the casino, ride the train for a couple hours when you've nothing better to do- home to gym to club to mall to home should do it by the time you hit home..

Ignore the "pizzeria" part there. Just keep going with telling her to do things until you can go further in the guide. Also pay attention to what your phone says to help know where you are in the guide for that part.
