Yes, you can use your save from your pc. Technically you're running the pc version of MotH (the only version).

Ren'Py games like Corruption and Milfy City also have compatible saves.

i think you will have to unlock the casino location first before you can take her there, to unlock it, just ride the train/subway around until it pops up

if you have the location on the map already, then your game might of bugged out on you
