Veronica takes my dick in her mouth and the game freezes....
Going to assume your using win 7 or 8 machine......
there been alot posts throughout the thread ppl trying to fix it...the new animations is using webm..... while may be easier to do as another has suggested and try convert them too mp4 with the webm extention and replace the original.... it be more ideal to find a proper codec solution as many many things are moving to webm format for the size difference....earlier i posted that on my old lenova Laptop running win 8.1 with the webm mmf installed for IE9 i had no issues with them but since now home from work i took another look at my setup on lappy and realized i do have a codec pack installed as well shark007 advanced codec pack......... which is for 7,8, and 10....
Troubleshooting codecs is a pain as i remember from xp and win7 days.
1) Make sure windows is uptodate and for shit and giggles make sure your graphics are uptodate;
2) Depending on your preference and machine You may want to try install just the webm filter seems to work for most with win7 outlined here

For WIN 8 I would suggest installing the IE9 webm wmf package

and
possibly a codec pack or even trying just the direct filter together.....
the codec pack listed is k-lite which i could never stand but here is the link anyhow

but i'll list an alternative which i perfer since it removes old codec packs and codecs which may conflict and having codecs fighting over who gets to play what can be very detrimental which makes me think the ones that tried the packs and direct filter with no success maybe because the wrong filter or codec is trying to play it

I posted the setup and usuage instead of link as has alot good info to check out
3) like anything windows related after installations or removal restart your machine windows can be a bit dumb sometimes
Good luck and wish whoever success for getting there machines running the animations properly if still no dice maybe someone will encode the animations to mp4 rename to webm and zip and share them so users can manually replace them so they can atleast enjoy it
