It unlocks after the tutorial. (why even bother downloading a game if you do not even play for 5 minutes?)

I just realized that under the general achievements for the MC, it's just just no. 16 which says "This achievement has not been discovered yet." No. 9 is missing as well, does anyone know how to activate that one? I think once I've completed that one, 16 should then activate.
9 is the movie quiz, you need to get a perfect score to get that one.
