So was having a good time and following carlo S's guide but no matter what I do I can not get the event 6th new reward to pop up for veronica and the phone keeps hinting at peeking on her while shes in the bedroom but that just gives me the scene for veronica dropping her earring and getting a panty shot am I missing something or is it bugged?

save game quit game go to save file open it with notepad ctr+f find tuxedo change below if it is <Value>2</Value> to <Value>1</Value> restart the game go back to mall

It's the package of all pictures extracted from the game. You don't need it to play the game.

What version are you playing, if your playing 7.2 then it's a bug, to rectify do this.
Open last savefile with notepad.
click edit - Find
enter <Name>no-panties</name>
<Value>0</value>
change 0 to 1 and save

click edit - Find
enter <Name>no-panties</name>
<Value>0</value>
change 0 to 1 and save

One tiny little edit for you, instead of the Ignore her, use "Look at Veronica Instead" as it will unlock the last picture, and has the same effect as "ignore her"

There's an autosave every 10 minutes, you might want to use that.

Also did the game completely crash (become unresponsive)?
Because normally if this happens you can still access the phone and save/load.
