If I remember correctly, you either ride around on the bus or subway at night and find a flyer for it- then it's unlocked. If you hadn't already found it, how did you go on the date?

Clicking on the on the phone then contacts gives you hints on what to do next so that will help you out with what to do next hope this helps
I'm not sure if this is just on my end or an issue with the download link. When I click the MEGA download link, I am prompted to save the update as a PDF file. There is no folder with the game contents.
