Please help. I've no clue where to begin for Kathy, Linda, Megan and Valerie

Your save states that you're playing version 1.0.2c, but I would venture to guess that you're using a newer save for a bugged version (1.0.2). So what I would suggest is downloading version 1.0.2c, move your save to that version's savegames folder and you should notice that general achievement 2 is 100% complete. So there really isn't anything that needs done with the save itself as far as fixing what's missing in your version.

The way that I can tell that you're using a newer save in an older version is that is that Kathy, Cassie, Megan, Linda and Valerie are in your contacts list. In actuality, those five girls were removed from there prior to release on Steam since there was little to no content for them in the game.

Just venting, but...

Our Hero bangs Claire in her bedroom after the cook-in "date", and after the museum date, but never again in her bedroom. You'd think that would have automatically become available with the late night massage routine or Our Hero getting additional "lessons." Yes? Instead, all he gets is the option for a titfuck or jerking off in front of her.

Likewise, he buries his face between her thighs during his one and only visit to her workplace, but never again? She can orally satisfy him in the middle of the night, but he can't do it when giving her a full-body massage?

Well I agree...and I think game should be more dynamic and adaptive with events going on.
Like after an event's criteria has been fulfilled than player should have access for more options, u know it will make the game more Realistic and fun.

Choose a different camera angle during the bedroom scene with her.
