There is no difference. However as I have to played through the game update its possible there was no new content to add in the first place :/ unsure

There is but the scene in the gallery doesn't have a certain flag set to trigger it, its supposed to happen affter the three girls are fucked when leaning against the bar. If you have a tool like MTool you can turn the needed trigger on and it will play.
