IIRC his wife died and he lost all motivation to mess around with stuff like this. Not been heard from since.

Complicated answer: the characters are from Power Vacuum (i didnt care for its direction but its enjoyable for some) but the render is from Sumatra 3D i believe?

TBH this port ain't as good compare to Phalzyr's renpy port, it lacks music and it seems some scene are not include such as scene with forger at the hotel pool and burke bathroom sex when manila take a shower and some minor scenes.
