No, there is no female romance, it is all lust.
And pretty much all guys apart from 3, (Michael, Jason and her martial arts sensei) all decide to try and corrupt Manila into their sexpet through blackmail.
The only guys available for at least a chance at a relative equal romance, is Michael and Jason.
Michael is a cowardly shitebag, he is a bad gambler, who'll throw Manila at the one holding his debt to possibly be used and blackmailed into turning tricks for the bastard to help clear the debt, and he also cheats of Manila if he ever sees an opputunity to do so.
And Jason , he is brave, honest and honorable, but unfortunetley he quickly ends up gettin the attention of 2 dark Kami goddess's.
One is evil santa's wife (who wants him to breed her) and the other is an immensly powerful demon goddess personality hidden inside Manilla's soul, who if given the chance will try to take Manila's body for herself.

I think Shane Forger is a good option too. He's rich, has a muscular build, never uses blackmail or cohearsion on Manila, and even offers her marriage.

Certain choices could still lead to some corruptive sex, losing a fight almost always guarentees sex, that is depending on the enemy, and if Manila royaly pissed them off, then they'll probably just kill her.
A pure justice run is pretty much the best route for the best possible endings, but it will be BORING as hell, since she'll barely have any sex at all.
A high corruption run can lead to willing sex rather than forced, but of course could easily lead to some bad ends, or possibly (depending on certain choices) some good endings, but might have Manila ending up as a grade A+ slut ready for anyone who may want a ride.

Forgot about him, aye he seems like a guid guy, but he is currently working with that EVIL PRICK SIMON!!!!!
Hopefully there will be an opputunity someday for getting Shane to see the light and he helps Manila take the cunt down.
I think Lt Bryan Storm's path has some romance potential. It begins as a blackmail corruption route. But then Storm starts to genuinely fall in love with Manila.
