But jokes aside, it available to get in the clothes shop beside the casino in the game. ( provided a quest has shown up asking for the dress else you cannot get it at start. )

I'll need to make some changes to the pregnancy code for the final part of the game. Manila baby bump is gonna give birth on Monday (Childbirth value will be 1 on Sunday).
