The most frustrating thing about this game is that your equipped items are tied to the outfit you have on and don't auto-unequip once you take the outfit off. After I completed the lab mission, all of my best gear is still tied to that special outfit, and I can't get them back.

As mentioned there are a lot of things you can't do while you have a baby bump, and vice versa... This game branches sooooo much. One of the reasons it seems so little is added each update because dev has to create content for each branch as well as preg not preg...
