Here are some of my saves for all 3 paths! Not all of them are played to the last update,since i has a lot of saves on all 3 paths and don't has a time to play every single save i did,but you can has more fun this way actually 
In saves 24 Manilla already has a baby from John Doe,it's pregnant by Mayor Kilian and has a babybump but if you take the preggo one in "items" before sleep then on the next day she will give birth and will no be longer pregnant(till you don't make her again) and then you will unlock the quests for the casino and buying "Very Fashion" dress(other wise if you keep playing with a babybump they will no unlock) ; In save 31 Manilla has a baby by Mason and is pregnant by Mayor Kilian - this two are in "Killing J.Blue path" ; In save 5 Manila has a baby by Mason and is pregnant by J.Blue; In 13 she has baby by Mr.Burke,baby by Mayor Kilian and is pregnant by Marcus(J.Blue's brother) - this two are in "Taking the bribe from J.Blue path" and the last two saves are 41 where she has a baby by Lt.Storm,baby by Mayor Kilian and is pregnant by Marcus, and 49 where she has a baby by Pusher and is pregnant by Mayor Kilian - this two are in "Arresting J.Blue path"
I'm gone a give you even one more bonus save in "Killing J.Blue path" where Manila has a baby by John Doe(or was Pusher - one of them,you can see what is it next time she give a birth and go see her kids in the hospital),baby by Mayor Kilian and is pregnant by Mr.Gellar(J.Blue's father) but this one is played to the end of the new update and you can continue that one only in the next update
I hope you will enjoy all of them - have fun and just to know - almost in everyone save there is "Preggo one" in "Items" from the menu,but of course it will be better to check that first when Manila start to has a babybump and you want to make her give a birth on the next day(other wise you can buy it by the shop near Manila's home)!

You can download save files where manilla is steroid cop or Rich bi*ch from beginning.
excellent timing I just finished 0.26! Can I use older saves?

Yes, just backup this folder "MANILA SHAW - V0.26\www\save" and then download 0.27 update, move "V0.26 save folder" your new update "V0.27\www\" location
And I recommend you guys and gals to create a mega account where you can move your backup saves.
(If something bad happend to your pc where you lost saves etc)
