I had trouble finding it, too. It's north to the top of the map with her apartment, and then west a bit. You'll see the blinking marker.

Whit the Red Moon fight my idiot officer always miss. Skill says %80 succes but I only see %20 succes. Someone fix the rate.:tf:

Other thing; Game called Blacmail but so far I didnt see any blackmail. Did I something wrong? Everyone took her foto but no one use it. Where is the blackmail? Any walktrought might be useful.

Right after the start when you win the first fight, you can accept a bribe.
