No.43 : (altered) added few items to change the justice and corruption values, because i don't know what this is "orgy with John Doe", probably it's a corruption choice to make before fighting John Doe and Red Moon, so ye have to play the John Doe's route from the beginning (after the fight with Leo and Margot and receiving Nam's amulet), if ye want to see all animations (still can't guarantee it, coz i never chose the sexual acts in game and have no knowledge about them)
No.46 : (completely legit) on justice path right at start de new content, do not equip anything before entering the portal, because Manila's equipped gear could be removed, the game will add some gear to the inventory when she's back but not everything.
the first time Manila's back to her spiritual realm, equip everything and check the shop, and make sure to buy 2 skills "Teleportation" and Tempest of Might", buy ammo and equip the Kendatsu blades last, coz only the skills of the last weapon equipped can be used (3 weapon slots melee, hand gun and long gun), also equip the Gun fu martial art for extra instantaneous skill.

Your save 43 does not seem to appear, only 46 can be loaded.

This game is so ambitious, which I can respect, but the ungodly amount of choices and such you can make and the paths it affects in this game makes it almost impossible for a walk-through to be made and this was even when I stopped following the updates like 3 years back.

You can find a step-by-step procedure (up to the last long mission, however not all the endings were completed due to lack of time)
I will dive into updating it at the end of the year
Ending fill rushed, i am waiting for manila's visit to motel owner and Ghelar but there is nothing..................
