If the option Yes wins The update will weigh almost 8 GB and you will have to download several parts.
When previously the update only included the new animations and weighed between 4-5 GB.
And if you wanted the old ones you had to download them separately.
Abaddon them to prevent the update from becoming too heavy, but many people on their Patreon are always asking about the animations and are unable to understand that they have to download them separately.
In summary:
No = Less tedious download
Yes = More tedious download

I cannot continue Hotel II mission with manila because of Jason relation is not 25+ how can i bypass this? Is there any way to update the save file and make it 25+?

There are no relationship points, Manila can be the girlfriend of Michael, Jason or Both.
Surely the mission is asking you to be in relationship with him or 25 + justice.
( If it is the mission that I think it is )Also as far as I remember Jason can also go with Michael.
There is no mission that cannot be passed, all have options.

The relationship with Michael can be started twice, one at the beginning of the game and the other on the nude beach.

save 8 : before the fight with Stan, so u can make the choice of accepting Simon's offer when that route is updated
save 10 : after Leo and Margot fight . added to both saves 50 corruption to unlock sex options.
it would be better if u don't overwrite any of them especially 10, because i think keeping or destroying Simon's amulet could have different outcome/event in later update.
edit : apparently for every 25 points justice/corruption a flame is ignited on the respective side of Manila's "spirit center", not sure if that will play a role maybe i should've added more corruption
